Access to specialists

With Generali Mobile Health you have your health and your data in the palm of your hand. You decide which data you store and which you want to share with whom. And we ensure the necessary security.
Your data is protected from access by unauthorized third parties using current encryption and security standards. We use data centers and servers in the European Union.

The Generali Mobile Health app is available free of charge to everyone aged 18 and over - no matter where and how you are insured.

We would like to inform you about new services and functions of the GMH app as well as offers from Generali Health Solutions GmbH. We also ask you for feedback on the app. We will send you the information by email, or it will be displayed to you as messages in the app or push notifications.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect from Generali Health Solutions GmbH, e.g. by email: gmh-support.ghs@generali.com, or by moving the slider to the left in your health profile under Settings . The revocation will not affect the legality of the advertising based on your consent up to the revocation.
